1. Power supply problem
Unstable power supply voltage: When the actual voltage deviates greatly from the rated voltage, such as grid voltage fluctuations, aging of the power supply line or poor contact, the motor speed will fluctuate, resulting in unstable stirring speed.
Phase-missing operation: If one phase of the three-phase power supply is missing, the motor cannot operate normally, which will cause the stirring speed to drop sharply or even stop. This may be caused by power line failure, poor contact of the contactor or damage to the internal winding of the motor.
2. Motor failure
The quality of the motor itself: Poor motor manufacturing process, poor quality of selected parts or aging of the motor will cause the motor performance to decline and affect the stability of the stirring speed.
Short circuit or open circuit of the motor winding: Damage to the insulation of the motor winding, moisture or long-term overload operation may cause short circuit or open circuit failure, making the motor output power unstable, which in turn leads to unstable stirring speed.
Wear of motor bearings: Wear of the motor bearings after long-term use will cause the motor rotor to rotate unsmoothly, generate vibration and noise, and also affect the stability of the stirring speed.
3. Transmission component problems
The transmission belt is loose or worn: If the transmission belt is used for too long, the tension is insufficient or it is worn, it will slip, resulting in unstable stirring speed.
The chain is loose or worn: If chain drive is used, loose or worn chains will change the transmission ratio, thereby affecting the stability of the stirring speed.
Gear wear or damage: Gears will have problems such as wear, tooth surface damage or broken gear teeth during long-term use, which will cause unstable gear transmission and affect the stability of the stirring speed.
4. Problems with stirring shaft and stirring paddle
The stirring shaft is not installed vertically or eccentrically: If the stirring shaft does not meet the vertical requirements or has eccentricity during installation, the stirring paddle will be subjected to uneven resistance during rotation, resulting in unstable stirring speed and may cause equipment vibration.
The stirring paddle is deformed or damaged: The stirring paddle is subjected to the impact and wear of the material for a long time, and may be deformed, broken or severely worn, which will change the working state of the stirring paddle and affect the stirring effect and speed stability.
The connection between the stirring shaft and the stirring paddle is loose: the bolts at the connection are loose or the key connection fails, which will make the transmission between the stirring paddle and the stirring shaft unstable, resulting in unstable stirring speed.
5. Load change
Material properties change: Changes in the viscosity, density, particle size and other properties of the material will produce different resistances to the stirring process, thereby affecting the stability of the stirring speed. For example, the increase in the viscosity of the material will increase the difficulty of stirring, resulting in a decrease in the stirring speed.
Uneven material addition: During the stirring process, if the material addition is uneven, the stirring load will change instantly, resulting in fluctuations in the stirring speed.
6. Control system failure
Controller parameter setting error: The speed control parameters of the controller are incorrectly set, such as unreasonable parameters such as proportional coefficient, integral time, differential time, etc., which will lead to unstable stirring speed.
Control signal interference: Electromagnetic interference in the surrounding environment, signal transmission line failure or interference signals from other equipment may affect the controller's control signal to the motor, resulting in unstable stirring speed.
Controller failure: Failure of the controller itself, such as internal circuit damage, program error or component failure, will result in failure to control the stirring speed normally, resulting in abnormal changes in the stirring speed.
7. Other factors
Unstable equipment foundation: The stock solution preparation system is installed on an uneven or unstable foundation. The equipment will shake during the mixing process, affecting the stability of the mixing speed.
The ambient temperature is too high or too low: Extreme ambient temperature will affect the performance of the motor, transmission components and control system, resulting in unstable mixing speed. For example, high temperature will make it difficult for the motor to dissipate heat and reduce the motor efficiency; low temperature will increase the viscosity of the lubricating oil and affect the flexibility of the transmission components.
Material sticking to the wall: Some materials tend to adhere to the inner wall of the mixing container, increasing the resistance to mixing and causing unstable mixing speed.
