Continuous Reduction Steam Bath Box

Continuous Reduction Steam Bath Box is consists of an air pressure electric small rolling machine and a saturated steam bath box unit (usually the saturated steam temperature is 102 + 1℃). The fabric is continuously fed and discharged. The fabric sample passes through the rollers and enters the steam bath box. Variable frequency speed regulation, automatic setting of the time to pass through the steam bath box, completing continuous pressing and steaming in one go, avoiding the influence of air oxidation and reduction. Suitable for dyeing and bleaching processes of dyeing, steam bath fixation and coloring.

4. Guide roller: made of high-quality stainless steel, processed with Teflon, easy to clean and quick.

6. External dosing funnel is of introduction type.
7. Cylinder: large-section film cylinder, strong resistance to guide rail friction, automatically resets when power is cut off, easy to adjust.
8. Oven section: The cloth inlet is sealed with steam; the cloth outlet of the oven is sealed with a water-sealing slot.
The outlet temperature control is automatically controlled, and it has the functions of water temperature adjustment and automatic water replenishment.
9. The source of steam supply is 4-5 kg/cm², with hot air circulation, uniform and stable distribution.
10. Safety devices: Equipped with an emergency stop button switch and a foot switch, providing comprehensive protection for usage safety.
11. Frequency conversion speed regulation: Automatically sets the time for the cloth sample to pass through the oven.

Frequency conversion speed regulation, speed can be adjusted arbitrarily.
