Mini Tenter

Mini Tenter is a small drying equipment used to speed up the drying process of items. It usually consists of a small enclosed chamber and a heating element.

1. Temperature Range: 20℃-250℃ with accuracy of ± 1 ℃

The working principle of Mini Tenter is to heat the air in the room and provide heat to speed up the drying process of items. It usually has a temperature controller that can adjust the temperature of the heating element to suit the needs of different items. In addition, the Mini Tenter is equipped with a timer that can set the drying time to ensure that items are not over-dried.

2. Automatic temperature control system by hot air circulation, using two groups of imported temperature controller with digital display P.I.D regulator. The hot air spreads uniformly, steadily and accurately

3. Function of adjusting the cloth width. The length can be fixed continuously.

4. Equipped with automatic cloth dropping device and vessel for placing the cloth (Kindly note that the pin frame cannot be used if you use automatic cloth dropping device)

5. Using pin chain: feeding →dwelling time which is controlled by regulator → cloth drop.

6. Using pin frame: feeding → dwelling time which is controlled by regulator → getting through the oven and Stop.
