I. Mechanical Faults
1. Transmission System Abnormalities
Gearbox pitting or belt slippage, manifested as increased vibration (maintenance required when vibration amplitude > 7.1 mm/s).
Fabric guide tube misalignment or uneven nozzle gap, leading to unstable fabric speed (standard fabric speed 500-600 m/min).
2. Seal Failure
Shaft end leakage (leakage rate > 1 × 10⁻⁶ Pa·m³/s) or flange sealing surface wear, requiring replacement of carbon fiber reinforced PTFE sealing rings.
II. Electrical Faults
1. Control System Malfunction
Abnormal sensor signals (e.g., temperature sensor deviation > ±0.5℃) or PLC program errors, requiring recalibration or software update.
Incorrect power phase sequence (error > ±5°) causing motor reversal, requiring detection with a phase sequence meter.
2. Heating Device Failure
Heat exchanger blockage (chemical cleaning required when flow rate drops > 30%) or heating element burnout, affecting heating efficiency.
III. Process Faults
1. Uneven Dyeing
Bath ratio out of control (outside the 1:6-1:10 range) or insufficient circulation pump flow, requiring optimization of dye liquor distribution.
Insulation layer failure in high-temperature models (local temperature difference > 50℃), requiring replacement of aluminum silicate fiber felt.
2. Fabric Damage
Improper air-water separation speed leading to fabric entanglement, requiring adjustment of the bypass valve opening.
Maintenance Suggestions
Regularly check bearing clearance (standard value 0.07-0.11 mm) and belt tension (deviation < ±15%).
Use an infrared thermal imager to monitor the temperature distribution of the cylinder to prevent gradual failures.
