1. Sealing ring (gasket) problem:
The most important daily maintenance of high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine is the sealing ring. Poor sealing performance will lead to cylinder difference, waste of heat energy, and even cause danger. Therefore, the sealing ring should be replaced in time if leakage is found.
2. Mechanical equipment failure:
It may include sudden damage to the engine, instrumentation, water pump, valve, pipeline, transmission belt, bearing, lifting turntable, etc. These parts need to be checked regularly and damaged parts need to be repaired or replaced in time.
3. Process operation problems:
Poor joint seams of cloth, careless feeding of cloth, knotting during operation leading to blockage, or slender fabric and overfilled capacity leading to knotting and blockage in the middle. Improper nozzle pressure adjustment during operation may cause fabric blockage. It is necessary to standardize the operating procedures to avoid these problems.
4. Failure caused by external factors:
Sudden power outage, steam outage, water outage or poor quality of defoaming agent may cause dyeing machine failure. Stable water, electricity and steam supply should be ensured, and qualified defoaming agent should be used.
5. External pipeline blockage and air leakage: If the instrument is not maintained and inspected regularly, the blockage and air leakage of the external pipeline cannot be discovered in time, which will cause the sample to stay in the dye bottle and cannot flow directly into the solution bottle, making it difficult to form a closed loop. It is necessary to regularly check and clean the external pipeline to ensure that it is unobstructed.
6. Slide washing failure: If the slide is not cleaned regularly, a lot of dust and dirt will remain inside the instrument, which can easily contaminate the blood sample and reduce the accuracy of the test results. The slides and slide boxes need to be cleaned regularly to keep the inside of the instrument clean.
7. The slide box and slides stop the instrument on the assembly line: When the instrument stops running, it is necessary to check whether the slide box and slides on the assembly line cause the instrument to stop running. It may be a fault in the internal system, and the existing fault needs to be solved in time.
8. Temperature control problem: It is necessary to regularly check whether the temperature of the steel cup is normal. If the measured temperature is 1-1.5℃ lower than the displayed temperature, it is normal, otherwise temperature compensation should be made.
9. Electrical components and circuit problems: The circuit and electrical components should be checked regularly for abnormalities to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
10. Heating element and cooling fan motor problems:
It is necessary to regularly check whether the heating element is damaged, whether the cooling fan motor can work properly and whether its control elements can work properly.
