1. Daily inspection and cleaning:
Use detergent to clean the inner surface of stainless steel and rinse with water every day, and wipe the surface of the robot arm and the control panel with a damp cloth.
Check the liquid level of each box regularly and ensure that the liquid level in the reagent container reaches the middle scale.
2. Lubrication and maintenance:
All bearings should be filled with high-temperature lubricating oil every three months.
Periodically conduct safety inspections on the cup cage and the dye cup to see if there are any oil leaks, deformations, etc.
3. Safety inspection:
Regularly check the electromagnetic safety switch in the middle of the movable door to ensure that it can work properly and play a protective role.
Check the sensor once every 3-6 months to ensure that it works properly.
4. Heat transfer oil replacement:
Replace the heat transfer oil in the rotating cage every three years, or replace it when the heat transfer oil deteriorates and affects the temperature accuracy according to actual conditions.
5. Drive system inspection:
Check the operation of the cup cage drive system every six months, including whether the V-belt, pulley, motor reducer and turntable are abnormal, whether the reducer is oily and leaking, whether the screws of the transmission parts are loose, etc.
6. Electrical component inspection:
Regularly check whether the circuit and electrical components are abnormal.
7. Heating element and cooling fan motor inspection:
Regularly check whether the heating element is damaged, whether the cooling fan motor can work normally and whether its control components can work normally.
8. Temperature detection:
Check whether the temperature of the steel cup is normal. If the measured temperature is 1-1.5℃ lower than the displayed temperature, it is normal. Otherwise, temperature compensation should be made.
9. Handling when not in use for a long time:
If the machine is not in use for a long time, please turn off the main power switch and cover it with a dustproof cloth.
10. Regular update and inspection:
Perform regular equipment updates and comprehensive inspections once a year.
