1. Special operation staff should be certified to work, and ensure that operators have the corresponding qualifications and training.
2. Wear labor protection equipment and check whether all parts of the machine are normal, including pressure gauges, safety valves, etc.
3. First, use the manual operation mode to drain the unused water in the pot and the chemical barrel, and clean them.
4. Check whether the computer program is equal to the variety produced on the shift, and set the operation mode to automatic operation.
5. When an abnormal situation occurs and the equipment sends an alarm signal, press any emergency stop device on the equipment, and continue to operate after the problem is solved.
6. External force is not allowed to forcibly stop and lower the temperature. If an abnormal situation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for processing or reported to the workshop supervisor.
7. When the dyeing machine inlet hole is opened after dyeing is completed and the material is discharged, the pressure should be fully released first, so that the pressure gauge pointer is at zero, and the temperature drops to 80℃ at the same time before the cover can be opened to take out the material.
8. After work, clean up the site and turn off the main switches of all water, electricity, steam and computer power.
