1. Observe the dripping situation:
Dripping frequency: Under normal circumstances, the dripping frequency of the Automatic dripping machine should be relatively stable. If the dripping frequency changes significantly, such as suddenly becoming faster or slower, it may mean that the pressure is unstable. For example, if the original dripping frequency is 60 times per minute and suddenly becomes 80 or 40 times per minute, you need to further check the pressure.
Drop size: Under stable pressure, the drop size should be uniform. If the drop sizes are different, some are large, some are small, or even there are drops that suddenly become larger after interruption, it may also be caused by unstable pressure.
2. Check the operating status of the equipment:
Motor sound: When the Automatic dripping machine is working, the motor running sound is usually stable. If you hear abnormal motor sound, such as high and low, noise or vibration, it may be that the unstable pressure affects the normal operation of the motor. For example, the motor frequently adjusts the power due to pressure fluctuations, resulting in changes in sound.
Equipment vibration: Unstable pressure may cause the vibration of the equipment to intensify. You can touch the outer shell of the device with your hand to feel whether there is obvious vibration. If the vibration is larger than usual, it may be caused by pressure problems.
3. Measure the pressure value:
Use a pressure gauge: Install a pressure gauge at the water inlet of the Automatic dripping machine or other suitable locations to monitor the pressure value in real time. During normal operation, the pressure should fluctuate within the range specified by the equipment. If the pressure exceeds or falls below the normal range and fluctuates greatly, it means that the pressure is unstable.
Compare pressures at different time periods: Record the pressure values at different time periods when the equipment is running, such as when it starts working, after working for a period of time, and when it is close to the end of work. If the pressure changes significantly at different times and exceeds the normal fluctuation range, it also indicates that the pressure is unstable. For example, if the pressure is 0.3MPa at the beginning of work, and the pressure changes to 0.5MPa after half an hour of work, and there is no other obvious change in the equipment, there may be a problem of unstable pressure.
4. Check the water supply system:
Water supply: Ensure that the water source is sufficient and the supply is stable. If the water source is insufficient or the water supply is intermittent, the pressure of the Automatic dripping machine will be unstable. For example, if the water level in the water tank is too low, the water pump suction port is blocked, or the water supply pipe leaks, it may affect the water supply and thus affect the pressure of the dripping machine.
Pump operation: Check whether the pump is working properly, including the speed of the pump, the rotation of the impeller, etc. Pump failure or performance degradation may cause unstable water supply pressure. For example, wear of the pump impeller and abnormal motor speed will affect the output pressure of the pump.
5. Check the filtration system:
Filter blockage: If the filter is blocked, it will increase the water flow resistance and cause the pressure to drop. Observe the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the filter. If the pressure difference is too large, it means that the filter may be blocked and needs to be cleaned or replaced in time.
Filter cleanliness: Check the filter regularly to see if it is clean and whether there is any impurity accumulation. A dirty filter will affect the flow of water and cause unstable pressure.
