I. Regular Cleaning Schedule
Basic Cleaning
Clean the dyeing cups after each day's work to remove residual dye.
Check the seals and heating system weekly to ensure there is no carbon buildup or glycerin oxidation.
Deep Cleaning
Monthly: Clean the tank using a special tank cleaning agent (such as TF-105F) to remove oligomers and tar-like residues.
Every 3 months: Replace the glycerin medium (for glycerin heating models) and thoroughly clean the heating tubes and circulation system.
II. Adjustments for Special Circumstances
High-frequency use: If the machine runs for more than 8 hours daily, shorten the deep cleaning interval to every two weeks.
Difficult-to-dissolve dyes: After using disperse dyes, it is recommended to increase the frequency of reductive cleaning (e.g., after every 10 dyeing cycles).
III. Precautions
Before cleaning, disconnect the power and allow the machine to cool down to avoid burns or solvent evaporation risks.
Record cleaning logs to track equipment status and maintenance effectiveness.
