1. 10 minutes after each shift
• Needle Plate/Clipper Chain: Use compressed air or a brush to blow away scraps of cloth and yarn to prevent chain jams.
• Filter: Remove the oven air inlet filter and pat or rinse with water to prevent air blockage and temperature differences.
• Waste Oil/Liquid: Empty the oil pan and waste liquid bucket, record the level, and prevent corrosion.
2. 30 minutes per week
• Lubrication: Apply a small amount of high-temperature lithium-based grease to the main chain, gears, and bearings; check the oil level and replenish if needed.
• Drive Belt Tension: Manually press 10 mm for acceptable tension; replace immediately if loose or worn.
• Electrical: Visually inspect the heater tube and wiring terminals for burnt or loose parts, and tighten accordingly.
3. 2 hours of downtime monthly or after every 500 hours.
• Deep Cleaning: Remove both oven covers and vacuum them; clean the exhaust duct and fan impeller.
• Temperature Control Calibration: Compare with a standard thermometer; if the deviation is >±2°C, perform a calibration. PID Tuning
• Tighten the entire machine: Check all screws, anchors, and limiters, and re-tighten according to the torque.
• Spare parts: Check the inventory of needle plates, chains, and heating tubes, and place orders in advance to avoid downtime.
