1. Operator preparation
Training and qualifications: Operators must undergo special training and be familiar with the equipment performance and operating procedures.
Personal protection: Operators should wear chemical safety glasses, acid-resistant plastic work clothes, and rubber acid-resistant gloves.
2. Equipment inspection
Temperature sensor calibration: Calibrate the temperature sensor with a standard thermometer every week to ensure that the deviation is ≤±0.5℃.
Dye cup sealing inspection: Check whether the rubber ring of the dye cup cover is intact and replace it once a quarter to avoid the evaporation of the dye solution affecting the bath ratio.
Stirring paddle speed inspection: Ensure that the stirring paddle speed is 20-30r/min. Too fast a speed will cause the fabric sample to entangle and knot.
Sanding belt inspection: Check the cleanliness and sharpness of the sanding belt, whether the installation direction is correct (the arrow on the back of the sanding belt points in the same direction as the rubber wheel), whether the sanding belt specifications are applicable, and whether the sanding belt swings and is moderately tight.
3. Preparation of working environment
Ventilation and lighting: Ensure that the workplace is well ventilated, away from fire and heat sources, and use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities.
Emergency equipment: The workplace should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment of corresponding types and quantities.
4. Material preparation
Dyes and auxiliaries: Prepare dyes and auxiliaries according to experimental requirements to ensure that the material quality is qualified.
Fabric samples: Prepare fabric samples to be dyed and ensure that they are clean and undamaged.
5. Safety device inspection
Protective cover inspection: Ensure that the safety protective cover of the Sand Sample Dyeing Machine is installed correctly and is intact and effective.
Emergency stop device: Check whether the emergency stop button is sensitive and reliable.
6. Other preparations
Cleaning equipment: After use, the dye cup needs to be soaked in hydrochloric acid (5%) for 1 hour, and then rinsed with deionized water to pH=7.
Barrel cleaning: Different dyes require special barrels with clear labels to avoid cross contamination.
Table cleaning: Keep the proofing table free of dye powder and wipe it in time with alcohol cotton balls to prevent accidental contact and mixing with other dyes.
