Preparation work before installation
1. Site preparation: Select a suitable installation site, ensure that the ground is flat and solid, and there is enough space for the equipment to run and operate, and take into account the feeding, discharging and maintenance needs of the equipment. At the same time, the installation site should be away from fire, water and other factors that may cause damage to the equipment.
2. Foundation requirements: Design and build a suitable foundation according to the model and size of the stock solution preparation system. The foundation should have sufficient bearing capacity to support the weight of the equipment and the vibration generated during operation. The surface of the foundation should be flat and the horizontal error should be controlled within the allowable range.
3. Power supply preparation: Determine the power type, voltage and power required for the equipment, and ensure that the installation site has the corresponding power supply conditions. Before installation, carefully check the instructions or the nameplate on the motor and prepare a power supply with sufficient power. At the same time, the grounding device should be installed to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
4. Equipment inspection: Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the stock solution preparation system, including the appearance, parts, connection parts, etc. of the equipment to ensure that the equipment is intact and without any defects or damage. If any problems are found, contact the equipment supplier in time for repair or replacement.
Precautions during installation
1. Handling and hoisting: When handling and hoisting the stock solution preparation system, use appropriate tools and equipment, such as forklifts, cranes, etc., and follow relevant safety operating procedures. Ensure that the equipment is not damaged during handling, and pay attention to protecting the surface and key components of the equipment.
2. Positioning and installation: According to the requirements of the equipment installation manual, accurately position the stock solution preparation system on the foundation, and use anchor bolts or other fixing devices to fix the equipment firmly. During the installation process, pay attention to the horizontality and verticality of the equipment. You can use tools such as a level to measure and adjust to ensure that the installation level of the equipment meets the requirements.
3. Connection and sealing: Connect the various components of the equipment, such as the feed pipe, discharge pipe, stirring shaft, motor, etc., to ensure that the connection is firm and there is no leakage. For parts that need to be sealed, such as the connection between the stirring shaft and the container, the feed port and the discharge port, etc., install appropriate seals and ensure good sealing to prevent material leakage and environmental pollution.
4. Transmission system installation: If the stock solution preparation system uses a belt, chain or gear transmission method, the transmission components must be installed correctly and the tension must be adjusted. Ensure that the transmission system runs smoothly without abnormal vibration and noise.
5. Electrical system installation: According to the requirements of the electrical wiring diagram, correctly connect the electrical circuits of the equipment, including power lines, control lines, sensor lines, etc. Pay attention to the specifications, colors and connection methods of the wires to ensure the safety and reliability of the electrical system. At the same time, the electrical control cabinet should be installed and grounded.
Debugging and inspection after installation
1. No-load debugging: After the equipment is installed, no-load debugging is carried out to check the operation of the equipment. Start the motor and observe whether the rotation direction of the stirring shaft is correct and whether the equipment has abnormal vibration, noise or heating. At the same time, check whether the connection of each component is firm and whether the transmission system is operating normally. The no-load debugging time should be determined according to the type and requirements of the equipment, generally not less than 30 minutes.
2. Load debugging: After the no-load debugging is normal, load debugging is carried out. Gradually add materials to the equipment and observe the operation of the equipment under load, including the stirring effect, the mixing uniformity of the materials, the stability of the equipment, etc. According to the actual situation, adjust the operating parameters of the equipment, such as stirring speed, feeding speed, etc., to achieve the best mixing effect.
3. Inspection and acceptance: After the commissioning is completed, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including the appearance, connection parts, sealing performance, electrical system, etc. to ensure that the equipment meets the installation requirements and relevant standards and can operate normally. At the same time, the equipment installation data and commissioning records should be sorted out for future reference and maintenance.
