I. Temperature Uncontrolled
Symptoms: Temperature spikes or drops sharply, for example, SSR malfunction causing continuous heating.
Causes: Sensor malfunction or heating element damage.
Solution: Immediately stop the machine for inspection and replace the faulty component.
II. Slow Heating
Symptoms: Temperature rises much slower than normal.
Causes: Abnormal resistance of the electric heating element (normal is about 8Ω) or blocked steam trap.
Solution: Inspect the heating element, clean or replace the steam trap.
III. Temperature Deviation
Symptoms: Actual temperature does not match the set value.
Causes: PT100 sensor error exceeds ±0.5℃ or scale buildup in the heat exchanger.
Solution: Calibrate the sensor and perform acid cleaning and descaling annually.
IV. Temperature Fluctuations
Symptoms: Temperature fluctuates wildly.
Causes: Circulation pump malfunction or fabric knots affecting heat exchange.
Solution: Check the circulation pump and ensure even fabric distribution.
V. Abnormal Temperature Display
Symptoms: Unstable temperature display or temperature dropping to zero.
Causes: Poor sensor wiring contact or controller malfunction.

VI. Temperature Protection Failure
Symptoms: No alarm or shutdown for over-temperature
Causes: Damaged temperature protection device or incorrect parameter settings
Solution: Check the protection device and reset the parameters.
VII. Temperature and Process Mismatch
Symptoms: Temperature setting does not match fabric type
Causes: Operator did not adjust parameters according to fabric type
Solution: Match temperature according to fabric type, refer to preset scheme.
VIII. Temperature Sensor Failure
Symptoms: Abnormal temperature display or no display
Causes: Damaged sensor or poor wiring contact
Solution: Replace sensor or check wiring.
IX. Temperature Control System Failure
Symptoms: Temperature cannot be adjusted or adjustment malfunctions
Causes: Hardware or software failure of control system
Solution: Check the control system, contact professional repair if necessary.
X. Temperature and Dye Characteristics Mismatch
Symptoms: Poor dyeing effect, such as uneven color or color difference
