2. Key Component Replacement: Replacing core consumables such as the burette rubber seal ring and silicone tubing changes component parameters, rendering the original calibration coefficients incompatible. Recalibration is necessary to maintain dripping accuracy.
3. Usage Scenarios: Severe vibration or displacement, restarting after prolonged inactivity, or dripping highly corrosive liquids can disrupt the original calibration, requiring recalibration to restore normal accuracy.
4. Mandatory Cycle Reached: A simple calibration should be performed weekly during routine use, and a full calibration should be performed every six months. Even if accuracy is not currently exceeding limits, preventative maintenance through calibration is required at the predetermined cycle.
