I. Sanding Belt Issues
Belt Misalignment: Inconsistent oscillation speed or a malfunctioning photoelectric switch can cause belt misalignment. Replace parts and improve dust removal.
Wrinkling: Worn sanding rollers, damp sanding belts, or rust caused by prolonged disuse can all lead to wrinkling. Dry the sanding belt or remove rust and sand it.
II. Limit Switch Malfunction: Unreliable limit switch operation can damage the sanding belt or even cause a fire. Regular inspection is necessary.
III. Insufficient Grinding Media: Insufficient or unevenly distributed grinding media can lead to uneven particle size. Add or redistribute the media.
IV. Motor Overheating: Overload operation or poor heat dissipation can cause abnormally high motor temperatures. Reduce the load or improve cooling.
V. Equipment Failure to Start: Power supply problems or control circuit malfunctions can cause the equipment to be unresponsive. Check the wiring and circuitry.
VI. Seal Leakage: Worn or aged seals can cause material leakage. Replace the seals.
Maintenance recommendations: Regularly inspect the sanding belt, limit switches, and motor; ensure sufficient medium; and replace worn parts promptly.
