2. Sample cutting safety: When cutting samples, the temperature in the cylinder must be reduced to below 80℃ and there must be no pressure to prevent personal injury.
3. Waterproof and moisture-proof: Prevent moisture and water vapor from entering the controller and electrical components to prevent malfunctions.
4. Waterless start: Do not start the main pump when there is no water in the cylinder to avoid damage to the mechanical seal and bearings.
5. Safety interlock: Before opening the cylinder cover, discharge the pressure first to ensure that there is no pressure in the cylinder and the temperature is below 80℃.
6. Color change and cleaning: When changing the color, the cylinder body and chemical barrel need to be cleaned.
7. High temperature protection: Under high temperature conditions, avoid cold water or wet cloth from contacting the sight glass to prevent breakage.
8. Waterless heating: It is strictly forbidden to heat the cylinder without water to prevent burning the heating tube.
