1. Preparation before starting

2. Start the equipment

Start the circulation pump: Turn on the circulation pump to circulate the dye solution in the dyeing tank.
Adjust parameters: Set the temperature, time and stirring speed according to the process requirements.
3. Dyeing process
Put in fabric: Put the fabric to be dyed into the dyeing tank to ensure that the fabric is completely immersed in the dye solution.
Monitor dyeing: Observe the dyeing process to ensure uniform dyeing. Adjust the dye solution temperature or circulation speed if necessary.
Record parameters: Record parameters such as temperature, time and dye solution concentration during the dyeing process for subsequent analysis.
4. Dyeing is completed
Stop the equipment: After the predetermined dyeing time is reached, turn off the circulation pump and stirring device.
Remove the fabric: Remove the dyed fabric from the dyeing tank for subsequent processing (such as rinsing, drying, etc.).
Clean the equipment: Clean the dyeing tank, pipes and nozzles to ensure that the equipment is clean.
