1. Regular Seal Inspection:
Regularly inspect the seals and gaskets on the cylinder head and pipe connections to ensure they are free of age, wear, or damage.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance:
Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the dyeing machine to prevent dirt buildup that could affect performance. Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to avoid damaging the surface.
3. Electrical Safety:
Before performing maintenance, ensure the equipment is completely disconnected from the power source and implement lockout/tagout procedures. Regularly inspect the insulation of the electrical system to ensure there are no short circuits or leakages caused by liquid intrusion.
4. Pressure and Temperature Control:
Before opening the cylinder head, ensure that the cylinder pressure is fully released and the temperature is below 80°C. Regularly check the accuracy of the pressure gauge and thermometer.
5. Prevent Liquids from Entering Electrical Components:
When cleaning the equipment, take protective measures, such as covering electrical components with a waterproof sheet, to prevent liquid splashing.
