1. Daily cleaning and inspection
After each use, clean the residual dye, impurities and dust on the surface and inside of the equipment.
Check whether the electrical connection of the equipment is firm and whether there is any looseness or abnormality.
2. Regular maintenance
Bearing lubrication: Add or replace the lubricating oil to the bearings of the equipment once a month, and check whether the bearings are worn.
Electrical system inspection: Check the operating status of sensors and electrical components every 3-6 months.
Transmission system inspection: Check the operating status of the transmission system every 2 months and recalibrate if necessary.
Motor inspection: Check the operation of the motor every 6 months and clean the dust and debris around the motor.
3. Long-term maintenance
Comprehensive inspection and calibration: Perform a comprehensive inspection of the equipment every year, including mechanical parts, electrical systems and control systems, and calibrate if necessary.
Software update: Make sure the software running on the equipment is the latest version to obtain the latest functions and safety fixes.
4. Maintenance during equipment out of use
If the equipment is not used for a long time, the main power switch should be turned off and the equipment should be covered with a dustproof cloth to prevent dust accumulation.
