1. Preparation
1. Check the equipment: Before using the fabric dyeing machine, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including checking whether the various parts of the equipment are normal, such as whether the motor, pump, valve, pipeline, etc. are operating normally, whether there are water leakage, air leakage and other problems; check whether the dye tank, washing tank and other containers are clean and clean, whether there are residual dyes, auxiliaries or dirt; check whether the temperature, pressure, liquid level and other instruments are accurate and reliable, and whether they can display and control the corresponding parameters normally.
2. Prepare the dye solution: According to the type, weight and dyeing requirements of the fabric, accurately weigh the required dyes and auxiliaries, and fully dissolve them in water to prepare the dye solution. When dissolving dyes and auxiliaries, pay attention to the requirements of the product manual to avoid affecting the dyeing effect due to improper dissolution. At the same time, pay attention to controlling the temperature, concentration and pH value of the dye solution to ensure the stability and uniformity of the dye solution.
3. Prepare the fabric: Pre-treat the fabric to be dyed, such as desizing, scouring, bleaching, etc., to remove impurities and slurry on the fabric and improve the dyeing performance of the fabric. During the pretreatment process, pay attention to controlling the process parameters to avoid damage to the fabric. After the pretreatment is completed, put the fabric into the dyeing machine, pay attention to the uniform placement of the fabric to avoid entanglement, knotting and other problems.
2. Dyeing process operation
1. Add dye: slowly add the prepared dye to the dye tank through a pipe or pump, and start the stirring device at the same time to fully stir the dye. In the process of adding dye, pay attention to controlling the flow and speed of the dye to avoid splashing or bubbles.
2. Set dyeing parameters: according to the type of fabric, the characteristics of the dye and the dyeing requirements, set appropriate dyeing parameters, such as dyeing temperature, dyeing time, dyeing pressure, bath ratio, etc. When setting the dyeing parameters, strictly follow the operating procedures of the equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the parameter settings.
3. Start the dyeing machine: after confirming that the dyeing parameters are set correctly, start the dyeing machine and start dyeing. During the dyeing process, closely observe the operation of the dyeing machine, such as the operation of the motor, the operation of the pump, the circulation of the dye, the changes in temperature and pressure, etc. If there is any abnormality, it should be stopped in time.
4. Control the dyeing process: During the dyeing process, according to the progress and effect of dyeing, the dyeing parameters should be adjusted in time, such as increasing or decreasing the dyeing temperature, extending or shortening the dyeing time, etc., to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the dyeing effect. At the same time, pay attention to the dyeing of the fabric, such as color changes, uniformity of color, etc. If there are any problems, timely measures should be taken to deal with them.
3. End of dyeing operation
1. Drainage: After dyeing, turn off the heating device and stirring device of the dyeing machine first, and then discharge the dye in the dye tank through the drainage pipe. During the drainage process, pay attention to the discharge of the dye to ensure that the dye is discharged cleanly to avoid residual dye from polluting the fabric.
2. Washing: After the dye is discharged cleanly, add clean water to the dye tank, start the stirring device, and wash the fabric. The purpose of washing is to remove the residual dyes and auxiliaries on the fabric and improve the color fastness and feel of the fabric. During the washing process, pay attention to controlling the temperature, time and number of water changes to ensure a good washing effect.
3. Dehydration: After washing, take the fabric out of the dyeing machine and put it into the dehydrator for dehydration. During the dehydration process, pay attention to controlling the dehydration time and speed to avoid damage to the fabric. After dehydration, take the fabric out for subsequent finishing and processing.
