1. Preparing the Environment: Maintain an ambient temperature of 20℃-25℃ and humidity of 60%-80%. Avoid sources of strong vibration and electromagnetic interference. Prepare calibrated volumetric flasks, standard weights or a high-precision electronic balance, and a suitable standard solution.

2. Core Volume Accuracy Test: Collect the pure water dripped from the machine using a calibrated volumetric flask. Record the volume displayed by the machine. Repeat the measurement at least six times. Calculate the deviation between the measured volume and the machine's displayed value. For standard models, the deviation should be ≤±0.1%.

3. Drip Rate Stability Test: Set three different drip rates: fast, medium, and slow. Count the actual number of drops per unit time and compare it with the machine's nominal drip rate. The deviation should be controlled within ±5%, with no interruptions or leaks throughout the dripping process.

4. Specific Scenario Verification: Medical drip machines require a drip rate tester to monitor the volume difference of continuous droplets, confirming that the drip volume consistency meets standards; laboratory potentiometric titrators also require simultaneous calibration of electrode potentials, with potential measurement deviations not exceeding ±0.5%.

5. Data Recording and Archiving: Completely record the environmental parameters of the test and each set of measured data, retain the calibration results, and use them as the basis for subsequent periodic equipment verification.
