I. Pre-Operation Preparation
1. Protective Equipment:
Wear chemical-resistant gloves, goggles, and protective clothing to avoid skin contact with dyes.
Keep the operating area well-ventilated and the floor dry and free of oil.
2. Equipment Inspection:
Confirm that the power supply and emergency stop button are functioning correctly and that there are no foreign objects inside.
Check the wear of the drive belt and bearings.
II. Operating Procedures
1. Loading Grinding Media:
Open the grinding chamber cover, pour in sand or ceramic balls, and close the cover.
2. Feeding and Cooling:
Add material through the feed inlet and close the cover.
Turn on the cooling system to control the temperature.
3. Start-up and Monitoring:
Start the machine after checking for any abnormalities and adjust the speed and time.
Regularly observe the temperature, sound, and material performance.
III. Shutdown and Maintenance
1. Shutting Down and Unloading:
Shut down the machine and discharge the material after the desired fineness is achieved.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance:
Thoroughly clean the grinding chamber and inspect worn parts.
