Clean the outside: Wipe the outer surface of the dyeing machine to remove dust and dirt and keep the equipment clean.
Drainage system: Check whether the drain pipe is unobstructed, and regularly flush the drainage system with 5% sodium hypochlorite solution to prevent dirt and mold from growing.
2. Prevent rust
Check metal parts: Regularly check whether metal parts have signs of rust, deal with them in time and take anti-rust measures.
Rust prevention: Apply anti-rust oil or use anti-rust agent on the surface of metal parts, especially in humid environments.
Keep dry: Ensure that the dyeing machine is kept dry during non-use to avoid long-term contact between water and metal parts.
3. Maintenance and maintenance
Lubrication maintenance: Regularly add lubricating oil to bearings and transmission parts to reduce friction and wear.
Check the sealing: Regularly check the sealing ring and flange connection parts of the dyeing machine to ensure that the sealing is intact and prevent leakage.
Regular inspection: Check the machine's usage function every week, clean each component, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine every three months.
Long-term idle treatment: If the dyeing machine is not used for a long time, the main power supply should be turned off and covered with a dustproof cloth to prevent dust accumulation.
4. Correct use
Avoid improper operation: Operators should use the dyeing machine according to normal operating procedures and requirements to avoid overload and improper operation to cause equipment damage.
Keep it clean: Clean and tidy the dyeing machine after work to ensure that the equipment is in a clean state and extend the service life of the machine.
