I. Core Dyeing Performance Evaluation
1. Temperature and Liquor Ratio Control Accuracy
Following the JJF 1101-2019 temperature calibration standard, high-quality equipment should have a temperature control error ≤ ±1℃, with stable heating and cooling rates without significant fluctuations; the liquor ratio control deviation should be within 5% of the design value, ensuring consistency in dyeing processes across different batches.
2. Dyeing Uniformity and Reproducibility
Using the standard fabric sample dyeing method and referring to the AATCC evaluation procedure, the color difference ΔE between the left, center, and right sections, and front and back sections of the same piece of fabric is measured using a colorimeter. High-quality equipment should have a color difference ≤ 1; after repeating the dyeing process three times, the color difference ΔE between batches should be ≤ 0.8, with no significant batch-to-batch color difference.
II. Durability and Safety Performance Evaluation
1. Durability of Key Components
Accelerated aging tests are conducted on the door seal, pump assembly, and transmission components. High-quality equipment should exhibit no leakage in its seals after 1000 hours of continuous operation, with the transmission system's vibration and noise levels below 75 decibels, and no significant wear after long-term operation.
2. Safety and Compliance: Helium mass spectrometry leak detection is used to test the pressure vessel's sealing performance. Simultaneously, fault scenarios are simulated to verify that over-temperature protection, emergency stop, and other safety interlock devices trigger 100% effectively. Safety valve calibration fully complies with special equipment safety standards.
III. Energy Efficiency and Environmental Indicator Assessment:
Smart meters and steam flow meters are installed to continuously collect data. The comprehensive energy consumption per unit of high-quality models must meet the industry quota requirements of T/GDTEX 02-2019, with a heat exchange efficiency ≥85%. Simultaneously, parameters such as COD and color of the discharged wastewater are measured. The accompanying filtration system can effectively reduce dye residue and decrease subsequent environmental treatment costs.
