I. Temperature Display and Fluctuations
Check Temperature Display: Ensure the display reading is within the normal range specified by the equipment.
Monitor Temperature Fluctuations: The temperature should be stable during normal operation. Excessive fluctuations may indicate a temperature anomaly.
II. Heating Element and Control System
Heating Element Inspection: Use a multimeter to test the resistance value of the heating element to determine if it is normal. If the resistance value deviates from the normal range, it may indicate a malfunction in the heating element.
Control System Inspection: Check if the temperature sensor is accurate and correctly connected to the control system. A faulty sensor or poor connection may lead to inaccurate temperature display or temperature control failure.
III. Temperature Sensor Calibration
Special Instrument Calibration Method: Insert the metal temperature control probe into the dye bath. After the machine stabilizes, observe the difference between the instrument reading and the data displayed on the machine. If the difference exceeds 2°C, correction is necessary.
Station Thermometer Calibration Method: First, calibrate the stationary thermometer. Then, immerse the stationary thermometer in the dye bath. After dyeing is complete, remove it and observe the temperature displayed. This is the actual dyeing temperature.
IV. Actual Dyeing Results
Observe the dyeing effect: If the dyeing effect is poor, such as uneven coloring or color difference, it may be related to improper temperature control.
First and Last Color Difference: In continuous dyeing, a difference in color depth between the first and last pieces of fabric may be related to improper temperature control.
V. Comprehensive Judgment and Countermeasures
Comprehensive Judgment: Based on the results of the above inspections, comprehensively judge whether there is an abnormal temperature in the dyeing machine.
Countermeasures: If an abnormal temperature is confirmed, timely measures should be taken to repair or replace the relevant parts. At the same time, strengthen the daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment to ensure stable operation.
