Stable Parameters: Temperature control accuracy should be maintained within ±0.5℃. Key parameters such as pressure, liquid level, and circulation flow rate should be displayed normally in real time, with fluctuations meeting process requirements.
2. Core Components in Good Condition
Circulation System: Dye liquor spray should be uniform, pumps should be leak-free and unblocked, and filters should be clean and unobstructed, ensuring uniform dyeing.
Temperature Control System: Heating tubes should be free of scaling and aging, cooling valves should respond sensitively, and heating and cooling curves should conform to the preset program.
Sealing Structure: Cylinder doors and pipe interfaces should be leak-free, and automated welding parts should be free of corrosion and cracks, ensuring safety under high pressure and high temperature.
3. Consistently Achieving Dyeing Quality Standards
First-pass dyeing qualification rate ≥95%, with no defects such as "color variations," "different batches," or "uneven dyeing." The color difference ΔE of multiple dyeing batches within the same batch is ≤1%, indicating strong process reproducibility and precise control system.
4. Effective Daily Maintenance: Daily basic maintenance includes cleaning, inspection, and lubrication:
Clean residual dye and fiber lint from the dyeing vats to prevent clogging;
Check valves, buttons, and electrical components for proper functioning;
Add dedicated lubricating oil to rotating parts such as bearings and gears.
Regularly replace wear parts (such as seals and filters) and maintain complete maintenance records.
5. Reasonable Energy Consumption: Compared to a new machine, current water, electricity, and steam consumption have not increased significantly (increase ≤15%).
If the bath ratio can still be maintained between 1:4 and 1:8, and the heat recovery system operates effectively, the equipment has good energy efficiency.
6. Sensitive Control System Response: PLC and touchscreen operation are smooth, with no lag or frequent alarms.
