How to check the electrical safety of the high-temperature dyeing machine yourself?

1. Check the installation of the power supply and electrical equipment:
Confirm that the power supply wiring is correct and tight, and the power cord does not need to be wrapped around the machine. Check whether the electrical equipment is installed firmly and whether the door of the electrical box can be completely closed.
2. Check the appearance of the wires:
Check whether the appearance of the wires is good, without cracks or breaks.
3. Check the installation of dyeing tanks, valves and pipes:
Confirm whether the position, connection and sealing of dyeing tanks, valves and pipes are correct. Check whether there are obvious signs of water leakage around the dyeing tanks and pipes.
4. Check the installation of the heating and cooling system:
Confirm whether the installation and connection of the heating furnace and cooling equipment are correct. Check whether the power supply cables and conveying pipelines of the heating and cooling systems are complete.
5. Check the function of the safety device:
Check whether the safety devices, including fuses, switches, emergency buttons, etc., are installed strictly in accordance with the specifications. Ensure that the safety device can quickly cut off the power supply when necessary to avoid accidents.
6. Check whether the motor, circuit, and lighting system are intact:
Carefully check whether the motor, circuit, and lighting system are intact.
7. Check the sight glass and valves:
Check the sight glass and replace it immediately if it is broken. Check whether various valves (steam valve, safety valve, recoil valve, steam trap and various water valves) and steam pipes are intact.
8. Check the safety of the electrical control system:
