I. Regular Maintenance Schedule
High-frequency usage scenario (daily operation ≥ 8 hours)
Weekly inspection: Focus on cleaning the dyeing cup, sieve, and sealing ring to prevent dye residue blockage.
Monthly in-depth maintenance: Includes bearing lubrication (lithium-based grease), drive belt tension adjustment, and electrical system inspection.
Low-frequency usage scenario (weekly operation ≤ 10 hours)
Quarterly maintenance: Thoroughly clean the grinding chamber, replace worn zirconium beads, and check the condition of the gearbox oil.
II. Key Component Maintenance Requirements
Sealing system: Check the sealing of the dyeing cup after each use. For high-temperature models, it is recommended to replace the graphite gasket every 3 months.
Lubrication management: The guide rails and rotating shafts need to be lubricated with special lubricating oil monthly to avoid dry friction.
Media replacement: Zirconium beads or grinding media need to be replaced every 6 months or after 500 hours of cumulative operation.
III. Special Operating Conditions Adjustments
Corrosive dyes: Rinse immediately after use and shorten the sealing component inspection cycle to 1 month.
Continuous production: It is recommended to shut down for inspection every 2 months, focusing on checking the temperature sensor and wear of moving parts.
