1. Daily Inspection and Maintenance:
Regularly check that all mechanical parts are intact, especially the heating system, pressure pump and sealing device. Any damaged or worn parts should be replaced or repaired immediately.
2. Electrical Safety:
Ensure that all safety protection devices are in working condition, such as emergency stop buttons and protective covers.
3. Process Operation Specifications:
Follow the correct loading and unloading procedures to avoid overloading or unbalanced loading that may cause mechanical failure or even overturning, causing serious personal injury.
4. Chemical Dye and Auxiliary Handling:
When handling chemical dyes and auxiliaries, the guidelines on the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be strictly followed. Improper mixing of different chemicals may trigger chemical reactions and produce toxic gases or other hazardous substances.
5. Regular Maintenance and Inspection:
Includes cleaning the inside of the equipment to prevent the risk of fire that may be caused by the accumulation of dye residues; checking the electrical system to ensure that there are no exposed wires or loose connections; and testing the function of the safety valve and pressure relief system.
6. Establish an Emergency Response Plan:
Employees should receive first aid training and be familiar with how to use fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment. The workplace should be equipped with adequate safety showers and eyewash stations to allow immediate flushing if chemicals splash onto the skin or eyes.
