Product Description
Leveraging on our rich industry experience, we are engaged in offering a wide range of Horizontal Padding Mangle. The system is a multifunctional laboratory machine suitable for dyeing, printing and finishing applications. The bowl is coated with standard Shore 70°C synthetic rubber, pneumatically loaded for uniform pressure and suitable for specimens with a 450mm working width.
Specification
1. One set of cushioning rollers composed of N, B, and R rubber with a shore hardness of 70°± 3.
2. Design pressure is 10 kg/cm, while air pressure is 6 kg/cm.
3. Powered by a 1/4 horsepower engine and a 10–12 RPM speed reduction
4. One investor group with a 0-80 speed range
5. Two precision 0.1 kg/cm2 pressure regulating valves
6. SMC pressure indicating meters in two groups (precision 0.1 kg/cm2)
7. Teflon seal between the bearing and the main axis
