Our company has developed a laboratory setting machine, featuring fully automatic touchscreen control and a professional temperature module. The operating temperature ranges from 20℃ to 250℃ with an accuracy of ±1℃. It uses a single-phase cloth-mounted motor (LHP) for continuous fabric feeding. This allows laboratory personnel to simulate the actual dyeing and finishing process, creating accurate resin-set fabric samples for customer confirmation. This is particularly beneficial for mesh fabrics, jacquard fabrics, woven fabrics, and other highly elastic fabrics, achieving excellent mass production reproducibility. Furthermore, it allows for prediction of color changes and fastness variations before and after resin processing, or the development of special processing techniques to increase added value.
Precision Recognition Machine:
1. Employs a specially designed annular heating jacket for 360-degree circulating heating.
2. Features 16 dyeing cups with simultaneously or sequentially set and operated different process temperatures and liquor ratios, offering high flexibility.
3. Each dyeing cup has independent temperature sensing and control, ensuring precise temperature control and eliminating inter-cup temperature differences, resulting in high reproducibility.
4. The dyeing cup turntable is arranged in groups of 8, with each group's rotation speed freely adjustable. The liquid inside the cups tumbles 360 degrees, resulting in more uniform color application and suitability for various dyeing processes.
